You have a few options:
1. Place the frozen container of soup in the fridge for one or two days before you want to use it. Place a paper towel or kitchen towel under the container in the fridge to catch any dripping water from the thawing process.
2. Place the soup in its original container in a warm water bath until it is fully thawed.
3. Loosen the frozen soup from the sides of the container by placing in a warm water bath. Then, pop it out of the container and directly into a pot and let it thaw over medium-low heat, stirring to keep the soup from burning. If you use this method, you’ll need to consume the entire soup at this time as you don’t want to refrigerate soup that has already been fully heated through.
Avoid thawing in the microwave as the container is plastic.

Once thawed and in the fridge, it will last 3 days.
